They look super!

I made some banana pineapple muffins this week, using coconut oil. Just melt it in micro for a few seconds, then use as regular veggie oil. So good for you, and tastes great with these kinds of ‘sweet’ muffins.

Can’t wait to try your recipe for pumpkin, may add in some nuts with chocolate chips.

I have never been a Biscotti eater, I usually find them way to hard but these ones are amazing!! My favorite is the Espresso Dark Chocolate, a definite must try!

OK, I’m inspired now. Never having really been a pie maker, more a pie buyer, I’m a bit ‘pie shy’ but am willing to give this a try.
I think it was your comment ‘ I could actually taste the pumpkin is what made the differance – oh yes, and the photos

OUR Ecovillage is a wonderful place. I was lucky enough to help out there for a day with my children two years ago. They still talk about “the ecovillage”!
I very much enjoyed reading about your mind-opening experience of rethinking your interrelationship with our earth. Beautiful.

I’ve been to Glendale a few times on my Victoria visits and absolutely LOVE Nourish Garden Bistro. It is excellent service, value, and the setting just can’t be beat. Hayley whips up the most amazing picnics in the park – very romantic!

Thanks for reading Liz. Yes, I am very pleased, I will be back there again. The spinach was so flavourful without the bitterness. Diane was also wonderfully helpful in providing me some info on more local farms to check out… stay tuned in the coming weeks for more!
